We moved into our new 5100 sq ft manufacturing facility, based in North Tyneside, in 2010. We currently run 10 injection mould machines ranging from 25 tons up to 200 tonnes clamp force, on a 3 shift basis, moulding millions of parts each year from fractions of a gram up to about 0.5kg.
We deliver to local customers on a ‘just in time’ daily basis either on a palletised or box basis dependant on the packaging requirements.
We have a dedicated tooling repair and maintenance area alongside the tool storage area where tools are colour coded and numbered according to customer. Tool maintenance takes place after every run to check for wear and to ensure the tool is clean, lubricated, ready for the next run.
We carry safety stock on critical items for each customer as part of our normal service and can utilize local offsite storage for customers wishing ‘stock management’ and Supply Chain optimization. We offer you the total solution to suit your process.
